Refund Policy

Payments for Kili are not refundable.

Kili is free today. If we introduce paid plans, a payment for a plan or period is final once made, including for partial periods, unused time or a downgrade. Cancelling would stop the next renewal; it would not refund the current one.

If you are ever charged in error, for example twice for the same thing, write to support@greyfeathers.io within 7 days and we will correct the mistake.
