These terms cover your use of Kili, a service run by Greyfeathers (OPC) Private Limited (“Greyfeathers”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Kili you accept them. If you don't, please don't use it.

1. What Kili is

Kili helps you learn Tamil through songs. A song plays with its lyrics on screen, and you can tap any word to see what it means, how to say it, and an example sentence. The songs in the Library are chosen and prepared by us.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Kili. If you are under 18, use Kili with a parent or guardian's permission; they agree to these terms on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for what is done through it. Tell us at support@greyfeathers.io if you think your account has been used without your permission.

3. Free songs and pricing

Some songs are free. We haven't decided pricing for the rest yet. We will show what anything costs before you pay, and never charge you without your clear agreement. Payments, once they exist, follow the Refund Policy.

4. Meanings and translations

Word meanings, line explanations and example sentences are written with the help of an AI model and checked by us before a song is published. They can still be wrong or simplified. Tell us at support@greyfeathers.io, or through the Feedback button, if you spot a mistake.

5. Songs and lyrics

Songs play from YouTube inside Kili, and YouTube's own terms and Google's privacy policy apply to that video. Song lyrics and recordings belong to their writers, composers and labels; they are shown to help you learn, and we will remove anything on a valid request from a rights holder. Song requests you make are visible to other users without your name.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use Kili for anything unlawful, or post anything abusive in a song request or feedback.
• Do not try to reach another person's account, or probe, overload or disrupt the service.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service.

7. Ownership

Your feedback and requests can be used to improve Kili. The Kili software, design, word explanations and brand belong to Greyfeathers. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service while your account is in good standing.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Kili available and your data safe, but provide the service “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change or retire features, and we may update these terms; using Kili after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. Liability

As far as the law allows, Greyfeathers is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Kili in the three months before it arose.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Kili at any time and ask us to delete your account and everything in it by writing to support@greyfeathers.io. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
